2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Website wird bei Hostinger International Ltd. (Zypern) gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet der Hoster technisch notwendige Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp), um die Website sicher und stabil bereitzustellen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Mit dem Hoster besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung.

3. Warteliste

Wenn Sie sich in unsere Warteliste eintragen, verarbeiten wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihren Namen (freiwillig), die Angabe, ob Sie Familie im Ausland oder Apotheke sind, ggf. Name und Ort der Apotheke sowie die gewählte Sprache. Zweck ist, Sie über den Start von Konex24 zu informieren. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie jederzeit per E-Mail widerrufen können. Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald Sie widerrufen oder der Zweck entfällt.

Für das Formular nutzen wir den Dienst Formspree, Inc. (USA) als Auftragsverarbeiter. Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden; die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO).

4. Cookies und lokale Speicherung

Wir setzen keine Cookies und keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools ein. Im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers wird nur die gewählte Sprache gespeichert, damit die Website sie beim nächsten Besuch anzeigt (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). Schriftarten werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen.

5. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Sie können sich zudem bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, z. B. beim Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.

2. Alojamiento y registros del servidor

Esta web está alojada en Hostinger International Ltd. (Chipre). Al visitarla, el proveedor procesa datos técnicos necesarios (por ejemplo, dirección IP, fecha y hora, página visitada, tipo de navegador) para ofrecer la web de forma segura. Base legal: art. 6.1.f del RGPD. Existe un contrato de encargo de tratamiento con el proveedor.

3. Lista de espera

Si te inscribes en la lista de espera, tratamos tu correo, tu nombre (opcional), si eres familia en el exterior o farmacia, en su caso el nombre y la ciudad de la farmacia, y el idioma elegido. La finalidad es avisarte del lanzamiento de Konex24. La base legal es tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a del RGPD), que puedes retirar en cualquier momento por correo. Borramos los datos cuando retiras el consentimiento o deja de existir la finalidad.

Para el formulario usamos Formspree, Inc. (EE. UU.) como encargado del tratamiento. Los datos pueden transferirse a EE. UU. con base en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la UE (art. 46.2.c del RGPD).

4. Cookies y almacenamiento local

No usamos cookies ni herramientas de análisis o seguimiento. En el almacenamiento local del navegador solo se guarda el idioma elegido, para mostrarlo en tu próxima visita. Las fuentes tipográficas se cargan desde nuestro propio servidor.

5. Tus derechos

Tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad y oposición (arts. 15–21 del RGPD), y a retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. También puedes presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de protección de datos, por ejemplo la de Renania-Palatinado (Alemania).

When you visit it, the host processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type) to provide the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, your name (optional), whether you are a family abroad or a pharmacy, the pharmacy's name and city where applicable, and your chosen language, in order to inform you about the launch of Konex24. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by email. We delete the data when you withdraw consent or the purpose no longer applies.

We use Formspree, Inc. (USA) as a processor for the form. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
